It is possible to do a compound section just like the one in the picture? With two UAP/UPE sections?

Yes. Tools/Section definition. Then save it to section database(ruser) and when on Rsa modelling window, import it through "New section"

the section that you are looking for is pre defined as C40 in Tools --> Section Definition, just like Reafel wrote.
