Cominbing results from multiple models

I have two models with identical geometry, but varying support conditions and material properties. One is fixed base static analysis, and the other has spring supports to base and sides and is a modal analysis. Is it possible to combine force resultant results from the two models within Robot, whether they are in the same file (if this is even possible) or within two separate files?

No other way then using Phases \ Stage construction in one file

Hi,

You can try to use my API called "Model Comparison" with the two different models. With the API you can find the cross sections envelope for each bar and obtain automatically the new nested structural model.

You can find it in the addin list on top of this forum.

Let me know if this help you, cheers
