In RSA 2017 the error displays additional references to the corresponding paragraph of the code:

Calculations of attached column give warning: column's width =30cm does not satisfy the rule >=30.1(cm).

for DM2008:
(DM 14/01/2008, 7.4.6.1.2)
for EN8:
(EN 1998-1:2004, 5.2.3.7 (2)P a))
