Cannot view structure

Someone using Robot 2020, has the following problem, and has asked me to ask here:

He tries to open a robot file, and gets the message:

“this project was created using a version of ROBOT different than the one used currently. The layout system will be changed"

Then the file opens, he can run analysis, but he cannot open a view of the structure.
