I have a client that since coming back from the new year cannot view the physical model of any Robot files.
There is data in the file, you can select the model but for lack of a better word it is invisible and not shown in the viewport.
We have re-installed Robot 22 and renamed the cfg file in hopes that it was settings related.
Every other user is able to open the files with the model displayed.
Any help would be appreciated!
