Cannot save shape to the user's database

I create a new section, save it to the user's database. And then when I want to add it, it is not there. What am I doing wrong?

Restart robot:

(database anmes are limited to 4 characters only)

In the "section properties" figure you show. Could you please elaborate how sections are moved from "availiable sections" to "database" sections?

select the section  on the left list and click add down below

I am also having the same issue and restarting is not helping.

In your picture , in the drop down list , select ruser , the databse name has to have only 4 caracters , fill the domensions as you wish and click OK
