I opend a model and a part of it is not visible. Before last closing the model was full visible.

There are all elements with their properties. The bars can be selected one by one, not by secant selection, and the slabs can not by selected.

I tried all, I hnow, to recover the entire image.

I attach a screen capture.

Please give me an idea.

I do not have story filter toolbar, think because didn't declare stories. Nor in Edit>Select Special  the story row can't be selected.

And, as you see,  there are entire levels not visible but many elements on the first and fifth level.

Sorry for my English and for may lack af knowledge and please keep try to help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

If you have already checked the story filter, I suggest you to do this:

1) press ctrl+A and the click the button to see all the selected object in another window. If in the new window you can see everything, try to:

2) disable the results view for bars;

3) disable solid visualization for bars;

4) open the preferences and disable graphic card acceleration;

5) then save the model with new name, close robot and restart it opening your saved file.

It should work....but if this don't help, you can try to rename the cfgusr folder when Robot is closed.

Let us know if you solved your issue, good luck.

Cheers

Hello Stefano

Thanks

After disabled all you said and saving, neither new name saved model nor the renamed one (hope this means "rename the cfgusr folder when Robot is closed.") have shows changed. Very weird that the saved with settings you indicate and then renemed file,  when opend, keeps the original settings.

So. I sended a reduced model which keeps the features I complained, as Rafacascudo asked me. Did anybody tried to open it? Think it's the only way to solve somehow the problem.

In the meantime, I tried to delete and reintroduce an element. It appears normal.

It's frustraiting to do so or to reintroduce the entire structure,  but more the perspective this can happens and there is no solution to solve.

Opening a file in the repair mode erases the results.

It does not work in win10.
Works by unchecking open gl for older versions of the graphics card (I have nvidia quadro 2000M)

Hello guys, Another way is to double click on the story tab (eg. story 7) to show full visibility. You can double click again for partial visibility. Here is a link to a YouTube video explaining the process: https://youtu.be/dMyOGyeiXZU
