There is an option under Job Preferences -> Structural Analysis -> Seismic Analysis -> Save results only for quadratic combinations that allows one to do as it says... the advantage being faster loading of results from buffer, instead of calculating it for every table or graph/diagram we have with seismic forces - help file here https://help.autodesk.com/view/RSAPRO/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-1FE2ACA5-1A03-4503-8CE2-75A5456C010A.
With this option turned on structure is faster but we have not modes values... which is fine for
all cases as we only need the quadratic combinations for design, not single modes stress/strain.
Here is the problem:
If after calculation I change the Combination Sign (Using CQC) for the seismic cases to pick the main mode and get proper sign:
⚠️ALL OF THE SEISMIC FORCES ARE LOST - they are "zeroed" - but ROBOT keeps the green light "Results (FEM): available".⚠️
⚠️OF COURSE RESULTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE⚠️
THE GREEN LIGHT SHOULD HAVE TURNED TO YELLOW "Results (FEM): out of date", BECAUSE WE LOST ALL THE SEISMIC FORCES QUADRATIC COMBINATIONS AND RESULTS.
Dev team need to fix this light warning and turn it yellow.
