Big deflection

Hello everyone,

I have a cantilevered Beam (bar n.100) and I don't understand why I have such a big deflection...about 84mm.

My idea is to connect bar n.100 cantilevered from superbar 104-115.

Am I wrong with the releases? or is just about the section of bar n.100 too small.

Thanks for any type of help.

Attached the model.

HI @Michele100100

Model is not stable. Maximum displacement is about 900 mm. In my opinion it is caused by extensive number of defined releases. When all releases are deleted. model displacement is reduced to 6 mm.

Redefine releases in your model. Delete those which causes extensive displacements (for instance on deck corners).

Thanks, I will try to put instead of fully pinned-pinned, some about percentage of fixing..because in the reality, beams on the border (between cantilevered) are supposed to be welded on site. The only thing bolted are the central beams on top of the columns:..
