I have already defined two baseplates for the supports that mainly have compression.
But regarding the columns that has tension, I get the following results:
If we take the EN 1993.1.8 we have the following table to define the moment resistance Mj,Rd
I can only think of putting that the concrete is non-cracked (it will be a new construction). If I change the stiffeners disposition or add more bolts I do not get better results. I do not understand well what should I change.
