Averaging over columns in provided reinforcement

In "Required Reinforcement", there is the option to average peak hogging moments occurring at columns and supports; this isn't explicit in the "Provided Reinforcement" method. In "Provided", is there any treatment of the peak moments or does this need to be interpreted from the results?

The provided reinforcement distribution is based on the required are of reinforcement. If you used this option for the required reinforcement calculations it is 'automatically' used in the provided as well.
