Maybe i have not understood your question but if you want to load secondary beams the easiest way is to use claddings:

 

On the top of the Robot Canvas Geometry --> claddings

 

It's a Surface with no weight that distributes the load on secondary beams using influence area:

If you want to look on how Robot distributes loads on you secondary beam then:

 

Right click on Robot Canvas --> Display --> Loads --> Forces Generated Automatically

Create claddings (geometry/claddings) and apply area loads as it was a regular panel. Loads will be distributed on one or 2 directions on the beams you choose (Geometry/additional atributes/Load distribution- options) according to the trapezoidal/triangular method
