Again Comments on AISC Direct analysis method

Refer to link I attached below and Mr Artur had said this problem already solved in version 2016 Sp4.

I'm sorry for not being able to check this earlier but let me see what I can do. After calculating the model you attached I got the following results

which are not the same as on your screen capture and which at the first glance seems to be correct. Is your calculation note from the file you attached?
