3d view not working

Hi there,

I have just started using Robot and my 3D view does not work. When I click the 3D tab under the view tab, the view is still 2D plan view.

Does this have anything to do with my computer processing speed? As my compute speed does slow down quite a bit when I am using Robot.

What happens when you click on either of the indicated view settings?

The window would zoom out quite a bit (but still 2D plan view) from its original plan view when I click it.

Hi all,

I think I have found the solution to my issue, which is to install service pack 4, hotfix 7 and 8.
