I was looking on the internet how to solved my problem but with no luck. Could someone help me.

I've created staircase, part of it is straight run with simple landing and top is winder run. On plan stairs look ok but 3d model is not working. How to fix this so there will be no gap.stairs.jpg

Could you add a model with this stair?

Something I tried in the past, and worked, is to make it sketch based and edit the riser lines to not intersect in a point, but intersect the boundary line

It looks like it's due to the thread profile.

When you are specifying a thread profile, each thread is created by extruding that along the thread lines.

You should use Default for a winding stair.

To change it, click edit stair > select any of the ramps > edit type > change the Thread Profile to Default.

You can try to define a nosing profile to create that geometry, but that applies it only to the front of the thread.

Thank you for your reply. Is there any easy way to create stairs with required tread profile or I have to create them from components?

If the threads are not rectangular in shape, then you probably need to create them manually, or at least add some geometry to make them the shape of the profile (bent-up ends)

When you sketch the steps that are winding, you specify the shape of each stair by the riser lines. I can't imagine mathematically how you can take a cross section profile and transform or extrude it into a random contour.
