how did you adjust? what version of revit?

or you can change only the value of your level?

I guess it has to deal with how you modeled the Stairs, especially the Landing.

I think you need to adjust the Base or Top level of the stairs. Also, how did you model the landing of the stairs - by sketch or by Picking two runs?
