I'm working on an industrial building. the element that I have to do is the perimetral closure. I'm doing it with the truss tool of Revit.

The problem is that the truss allow you to work only with one line por element (web, vertical,..) in my case I have this element of "S" form (a folded smooth steel bar) to insert as web, but I don't know how to put it inside the truss

you could use model in place as a structural framing and copy it

what ever you do, do NOT model in place and copy the element! This will not make your job any easier on future projects.

If I understand correctly, this bar element is a web member of the truss?

exactly! i didn't..

I found the solution and I was really proud of me 🙂

(I did a beam that had this curves (with some parameter) and truss recognized that as beam. Clear and correct job :)) )

thanks in any case !
