Ways to efficiently create site/grading plans in Revit from bottom levels of floors and foundations?

Hi,

I have a building already modeled with foundations and floors and now I would like to create some type of site/grading plan using the information about the floors and foundations bottom elevation. Is there any way to "auto generate" a toposurface or any other type of surface from already modeled floors and foundations that follows the bottom elevation of the already modeled objects?

Ideally it would also be possible to tell the program how much the element of the grading/site plan should offset below the floors/foundations and also what slope gradient should be added between high and low points. Is there any way? Its a big site I should mention. I need to be able to place spot elevations on the object's different elevations and I also need to be able to dimension the grading lines in a plan view.

Thank you in advance!
