View Direction - Revit Structure 2013

Revit 2012 had an option for changing the view direction.  This appears to be gone in 2013.  How is this achieved in Revit 2013? Someone asked this in June on the WikiHelp, and they were told to post their problem here.  I didn't see an answer here using search.

Hi. This option is only available for structural plans view type. For floor plans and area plans it is always looking down and for ceiling plans it is always looking up. Therefore you do not see this option. To access the view types, go to View tab, Create panel, Plan Views tool and choose the appropriate type. Regards.
