view control bar in revit

I am trying to put back my properties palette to where it was (see screen shot 1). But when I drag top of properties palette to underside of the option bar it covers level 1 & 3D tab (as attached on screen shot 2). the same for my project browser palette, as when I drag bottom of the palette it covers my view control bar (as attached on screen shot 2). Can you please tell me how I can stretch top of properties palette and bottom of my project browser palette so that they don't cover the view control bar in bottom and my level 1 tab & 3d view tab in top? Basically I would like to know how I can push along my view control bar to the right so that I can then drag bottom of project browser down to this level and also I would like to do the same at the top. i.e. push level 1 & 3D tabs to the right so that I can drag top of my property palette up to this level.Thank You

Hi @ksekhavati

Drag to the Revit side and you will get a blue box, drop it. For the other bar, it's the same.

Look for the blue box and drop it.
