Variable floor thickness, up and bottom

I understand that I can use Modify Sub Elements to change the thickness on the top side, but this results in a flat bottom side. Is there a way to modify both sides of a floor element?

You could Edit or Create a new Slab Edge Profile and edit the Values to your needs?

Or a Model In-Place Sweep with a Floor Category
