Uncut Geometry Not Working

I was asked to modify a structural created by third party. When I moved a secondary pile, it leaves a gap between primary and secondary piles. I assume primary piles were cut then try to uncut but uncut geometry not working. 

Any ideas?

Looks like 2 difference Families - a Circular Pile and an infill Family
