Unable to View Structural Foundation Family in Different Level

I have created a structural Foundation at -10' (B.O. Pile CAP) Level I have created another level at -9' 10" (Bottom Of Plinth) Level when I switch from B.O. Pile CAP Floor plan to Bottom Of Plinth Floor plan I couldn't find these foundations in B.O. Pile CAP Floor plan. I tried adjusting the view rang and checked visual graphics every thing looks fine. cam someone helps me where did I go wrong.
