Drop another point on the middle of one line. Select it and turn on its reference planes. Draw your circle profile on the point's reference plane perpendicular to the line direction. Select the circle and the triangle to create form.

An example of why it failed is below: the turn is to tight for the diameter of the profile.  How mush detail do you need to show?  If it for elevations and rendering then using extrusions may be enough.  Or, sweep in AutoCAD ans import the SAT in Revit.

I've tried several times but the problem with most commands is I'm using the adaptive generic model as i'm building a complex adaptive model to use over and over again. I think the main problem is the shape I'm trying to form into a solid. I use 4 reference points and 2 placement points the 4 reference points are not made into adaptive points as I need to set parameters so I can control the positions of each shape I bring in. Each of the points changes shape from one to the next as this is to represent the folds exactly as the steel item would be folded.

I can not use sweep or extrude or any of those commands I also have one shape I need to rotate or revolve 90 degrees but there is no command for this. I feel I have been going in circles looking at others questions and answers but nothing seems to work.

The only thing I know is when I make the same model but with very simple shapes the model behaves just like I want it to work.

I'll add a simple Revit view after I start a new copy again to explain more
