Trouble with graphics for embed plate clip angle. Anyone seen this before?

Modeling an embed plate clip angle connection between a sloped W-section and a concrete wall. Working just in Revit 2026: no structural (or 3rd-party) add-ins in use at the moment.
When modifying parameters of the embed plate clip angle family, all looks well: the clip angle to plate interface looks correct.
However, back in the 3D model the clip angle has flipped itself to the other side of the plate and is incorrectly sitting inside the concrete wall (see photos below), and as a result does not show itself outside the concrete wall. Anyone seen something like this before and have advice on how to troubleshoot? Is there something in my family parameters settings or graphics settings I need to fix, or might this be a bug?
Plate is visible, but where's the clip angle....
...Looks to be actually inside the concrete wall, on the same side of the plate as the embed stud (which itself is looking correct)....
...View from the other side of the beam (clip angle inside concrete wall).
My beam as pictured here is modeled tight to the concrete wall: I also tried shortening the beam to give it a 1" to 12" gap from the wall and tried placing the connection again but got the same result: the clip angle flips to the other side of the plate and appears inside the concrete.
I suppose this might be an opportunity to take my first crack at trying to create my own new manual family....
