Toe wall on ramp

I am facing problem to placing toe wall on ramp, Requested you all to help me in this, Please refer attached image for reference.

Model the ramp as a floor and use slab edge.

Ramp already modeled but issue to create the wall on slop.

Several ways:

- make the floor flat, add slab edge, then change it to slope

- model the toe as a wall then attach top to the bottom of the floor

- model the toe as a beam
