to move many metal profiles at the same time

I have to move a structure with metal profiles. The structure is quite large, but when I try to move it, I get this warning.
I have tried to move small parts, but I still get this warning.
On the other hand, when I try to move some parts of the structure, it only moves it in the direction of the profile (see image-2).
Can you give me a solution, thank you very much

Tick Disjoin, untick Constrain when moving.

Disjoin is checked, but can you tell me how to check Constrain when moving. If you mean the constrain that you see in the image is disabled and the movement is only in the profile direction but not horizontally Thanks
