The multi rebar annotation creates dimension ticks, even when the bars are hidden

The multi rebar annotation creates dimension ticks, even when the bars are hidden. I already figured out the cause, this happens when i displace a bar to make sure there's no clashes in the model. Is it possible to move single bars around in a set without having the multi rebar annotation doing this in my floor plans?

^the actual spacing of bars is 100. The bar in between 114 and 85 got displaced to make room for the bars coming out of the column.

I can understand why its there as it is not a default spacing and needs to be identified and marked up accordingly, as a workaround:

Select the Multi-Rebar Tag -> Select Dimension -> go to "Properties Palette" change the "Equality Display" parameter to "Value".
