Text size and dimension size in active view

I notice when i go to a sheet drawing and insert one of my elevation views that the text for the level indicators are slightly bigger from the text i am applying to the actual members in the elevation. Is this correct or should all the text be the same size? I know the title "Elevation" should be a little bigger.TEXT SIZE.PNG

You can always edit the level type and match the label size with the project text note size.

Usually, it's better to have all text in the drawing with same size.

However, some clients have different templates that they want to follow where some text are different in size.

so it depends on the requirement of the drawings owner.
