Tagging Detail Component - Tag slides the length of the component until placed.

Detail Component Tag.

Is it possible to create a Detail Component Tag that slides up and down the component until i click to place the tag?

i'd like the B1 tag below to slide up and down the rebar until i place/click the tag into place.

Similar to a Wall Tag that slides up and down the wall until it is placed.

Turn on Leader + Free End, place tag, then turn off Leader.

Thanks, i'm going to call that a work-around. Not really what i'm looking for. i don't want to have to take other steps beyond the actual tagging.
