structural material

I have a 2015 file from the engineer.

I can't change the structural material because it is greyed out.

Is there a solution besides my making the walls myself.

Select Structure: EDIT and change material. Hope it helps.

Where is structure:  edit.

I am in the properties dialog box,  the structural material is greyed out.
