Structural Connections IFC Export changes Floor and Federated Floor

Hi iam trying to export an ifc with structural connection, but the beams and columns changes level plan-

I have tried to unbox "Buildning Story" but only moves the beams and columns to the last level.

Anyone have an idea hwo i can solve this ?
