Structural Column x Structural Framing - join not working

Hey guys, I am trying to join my structural framing and my structural columns, however I always get this message: "Highlighted elements are joined but do not intersect."

They apparently are intersecting but Revit is not getting it. I tried changing the material, material behaviour and nothing.

Any ideas on this? Here is a Snip of my issue

- In general you don't need to join s.col. and s.beam. because they connect automatically, unless you deliberately disallowed join

- There are several elements there, not sure which ones.  Maybe do it in 3d so you pick the right ones.

revit is by default joining elements if they are same material

check the way of modeling it might affect the join "I prefer to draw columns first then beams from center of columns"

sometimes revit freez in join you have to delete and model the elemnt again

if you could attach the file to check it would be better

I tried remodeling and it worked, not sure what the issue was though. Thanks @ToanDN and @Ahmed_M_Heteba for the insights. I am organizing my objects to be all set with the same material as well!
