Steel Tonnage-blank parameter in schedule

I have an IFC file i am trying to load for a client to calculate Steel Tonnage in the steel framing schedule, However, when i add my Steel Tonnage Calculated Value(W*L/2000) to the schedule, the length and Steel Tonnage parameter are blank with no calculated totals. I have check that my sorting tabs are correct as well as length is set to round to nearest 1/16", count and Steel tonnage have calculated totals box checked.I have used this technique many times before, But something is not right.Any help is greatly appreciated.

*I am not sure if it is user error or something in the File the client sent over?

Respectfully,

Edward M

Try to upload a small extraction of the project, making sure the problem still exists.

Without anything to look at makes it very difficult to guess what might be going on

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
