steel connections revit 2017 error "connection creation failed"

Hi

I am unable to create structural connections with Revit 2017, even when I use certified families.

once the connection is maid I get a Connection creation failed error. I`m also not able to modify the parameters.

I have tried updating my Revit and also updating MS word Microsoft Access Database Engine X64 driver.

Hei 

It looks like the beam aint connected the the column.

1. You have to select both the beam and column 2. press "Connection" under the structure tab
