How I do clean up the corner of stringer beam joined into one. The stringer is a concrete beam. See attached image. Thanks in advance.

If they are both modeled as structural beams, than it is easy as mitering them together, which sometimes in Revit is difficult. The miter option usually works better when the beams are placed at the same time. There are also some options of using a reference plane and using the trim/extend command to get them to join.

Other than looking nice in 3D, do you really NEED them to be continuous?

Miter tool works with specific types/settings of beam families. Post your family here.

for presentation-wise, yes. Doing in 2d view/plan in a stair. There's no problem in that for an obscure view it can have remedy fixing overlapped lines.
