Stair Path Arrow

Does anyone have any idea why this stair path arrow is continuing past the break line?  I have all <Above> graphics for the stair turned off, yet this arrow is still showing when I want it to stop at the break line.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous

Try this.

Enter graphics visibility (VG) > Annotation Categories and deactivate Up arrows.

Thanks for your reply - One thing I should have mentioned is that the stair in my plan view is directly from a linked architectural model.  When I add the "stair path" annotation, it shows the arrow continuing up like my screen shot.

I ended up just copying in the stairs from the arch model and adding the stair path as normal where it finally displayed as normal.

Many things on stairs has changed at 2015 (?). If your template is older than that could restrain some different configurations, so, it´s nice to remake your Template each 3 or 4 yrs 🙂

Hi there,

I have the same problem, I'm trying to annotate the stairs path in a linked model (a model just for annotations, stair are modeled in a different model) and the  path show two arrows and non continuous line.  It is a way around instead of copying the stairs? were you able to applied the suggestions of changing cutline type and view template?

Thanks
