Solid Web Trusses-- Plate Steel Top-bottom- Web

I am trying to create a truss that has solid plate steel top, bottom chords with a solid web  component that is plate stell as well. I have done trusses in past, but that was with web members. How do you accomplish a solid web member that is composed of plate steel?

Shape of truss is unique too-- I beam in cross section shape, but bottom chord has radii components that get larger and smaller as shown in  profile view.

Top chord is in red-- bottom chord in blueTruss Shape.jpg

I'm not well versed enough to get this working well, but I've got started on a family. It's a couple of sweeps for the plates and an extrusion for the web.

Notes and problems:

1. All parameters are type parameters.

2. For some reason, it thinks it's a beam family, so you have to click on the Beam tool to place it. This is despite the fact that I started with the truss family template.

3. I have not defined everything well enough. Beyond a very narrow set of values, it results in the "can't make this crap, you moron" error message.

I'm hoping somebody better at families can take a look? I'm hoping to learn a little more also. I'm attaching the file to this post.

Edit... Hmmm... When I try to attach the file and post, I get a red text message telling me the contents of the file doesn't match the file type. It's just a typical rfa file. What's going wrong here?

Thanks-- I was thinking about a sweep as well, just thought someone would know how to accomplish in Truss template. Your solution works great!
Thanks again for your help!

LOL glad to help. Hey, if you actually get this working as a parameterized family - with things like adjustable overall dimensions, roof slopes, bottom radius, chord and web dimensions, plate thicknesses, etc working - would you mind posting it back up here so I could try learning from it?
