Solid filled region with transparency override does not print transparent in Revit

Users reported that solid filled regions with a transparency set do not print transparent.

There is a post about it on the revit site but it says the solution is to print using raster - this also doesn't work. Its never done this before and was working perfectly yesterday... any ideas welcome, thanks.

Its Revit 2020.

does this happen after printing only?, in the view is it fine? If you open print preview does that show not transparent as well?

There seems to have been some sort of Hot-fix for this. I had our IT re-install latest update and is now printing fine. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Print Preview was showing fine, was just the actual finished print.

Seems to have been a bug that an update has put right. Thanks for the suggestion.

Appears to be a problem in Revit 2022 again, raster processing does not fix the issue.
Like others, actual view window and print preview look fine, print from Revit or 2rd party plugins do not print transparency.
