Sloped Grade Beam to Pile Cap Issue

I need help getting this sloped grade beam to look monolithic on plan. I am not sure what this issue is but I have tried to join, cut, edit lines, etc. nothing is working. I would be shocked if there was no way to do this - I think I am just missing something.

The issue here is the Pad Foundations do not give snapping points to the Edge Faces as the Beam and Structural Foundation are a different Category.

Placing additional references to snap to in elevation and setting a Work Plane (Grid A) you can draw using additional Grids/Levels/Reference Planes and Snap accordingly and extend the node to remove gaps

This would be a Lengthy process the only other alternative I could think of at this time would be to use a Structural Foundation Slab with correct Depth and Thickness and add a Slope Arrow and this would clean up automatically and could be copied around as required and edit the boundary and slope as required?

Ok - those solutions make sense and do work. Unfortunately, we have gone ahead and used beams on our project so far so it would be very time consuming to switch back. Thank you for your response!
