Shear connection cuts wrong beam

After selecting both beams for the connection, the plate mounts on the wrong beam.  With Advance Steel you first select the main beam then the attaching beam. With revit you select both beams and connect with the context menu. I don't see any way to change selection of the main beam afterwards.

Hello Jim,

In order to change the main and secondary beams, you must select the connection and then use the dots to select the correct primary input.

You can find more information in the Steel Connection Help.
