Does anyone know how to make A section like that in revit?
I think you would have to create two section views and manually crop and join them on a sheet.
One section would be horizontal and one would be at the angle.

Additionally, Autodesk Support states that "Revit does not support section views where the angle varies within the plane of the section line" which can be found through this link:
