Section Head

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to replicate in Revit, the section tick that we use in AutoCAD at the office. The section tick is shown in the picture below. I would want to make the letter next to the tick parametric and my idea was to create a shared  parameter that I would add to the section mark category but it simply isn't working. I have attached the family below.

Any idea as to how I might solve this?
