Section Head not Showing

I cannot seem to get the section head to show.

I have a family made and loaded, I have all section disciplines the same as the views they should be in,

I have every set variable I can think of and that is noted in the 31 posts I have read. And still no section head.

The line is there, No head.

The box is checked (both sides, one side, the other side) No head.

Hide at scales courser than has been set to every possible scale ( I can see the line, no head)

I don't normally get responses on here, but I thought I would try anyway.

Can anyone help?

P.S. this is Revit 2017.
