Rotation of foundation in section

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to rotate a foundation in a section with a specific angle, but all my atempts have failed.

I tried creating a Model in place component, but it doesn't work. Also tried with a isolated foundation, same result 😞

Any idea how this can be solved.

You can certainly model it in place as an extrusion:

- create a sloped ref plane, set it as the work plane to draw the extrusion sketch then extrude it to get the thickness

- or, set a vertical pre plane as the work pane to draw the side profile of the extrusion and extrude it to get the length

But the real question is what kind of foundation tilting like that, how does it even work?

If you check Work Plane-Based in the footing family and uncheck always vertical, then you can place it on any work plane including the bottom face of a column. In this case it will kind of move with the column.

However, the bottom of the footing is flush with the column.
