Rotating Structural Components

I have a bridge that I have modelled but horizontal but now I need to rotate it by 5 degrees on an incline.

I try and do this through the rotation method but it says 'Can't rotate element into this position', what is the correct way of doing this easily?

Thanks,

Sam

Hi,

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear enough, I was trying to rotate the bridge so that it had an incline of say 4 degrees. Not rotating it the way you have done in the file you attached.

Thanks,
