Hello, I'm new Revit user. I watched a video about bridge design workflow using autodesk product. In this video I found that we can make alignment on Revit(https://customersuccess.autodesk.com/challenges/bridge-design) ,  I usually made it using Civil3D.   I want to know how to create that? would you mind to give me the big idea?

With the Sofistik plugin Bridge Modeller, there is the same option called bridge axis.
Or if you can use Dynamo, it's possible to have something like this.
