Revit Work Shared (Central) model to Vault

My company recently upgraded from 2018 Autodesk software to the 2021 version. In 2018, I could save our work shared models to Vault. For some reason I cannot get this to work in 2021. I've done the mapping in the Vault options on the Vault ribbon in Revit, and added the share path to the folder in Vault. I've followed all of the steps that Autodesk provides on this and still can't get it to work. Also, on non-work shared models, I couldn't open them and use the Save to Vault button to save them to Vault. The button wasn't grayed out, it just wouldn't do anything. I used the Add Files button and added the non-work shared models to Vault. After that, they worked fine as far as opening and saving goes. I'm also posting this in the Vault forum.
