I've uploaded a picture of what I'm trying to achieve, but I'll explain it below.
I have two Angles that are going to make the Stone Ledge support on the project for an entry element. As part of the design the angle join together to make for one continuous element across the building. so far on all my 90 degree (both horizontal and Vertical) the Revit Steel Miter command has worked to achieve the connection I want. But alas all good things must come to an end, unless one of you have the answer.
In the picture you see one 4x4 Angle bent to make the arch and drawn as a beam
It is connecting to another Vertical one that is drawn as a Column, which in turn connects to another Horizontal one that is drawn as a Beam.
In the two 90 Degree connections between the Column and the Beam Angle the Miter worked just fine with no problems. However, once I tried doing the angle with the Arched Beam it did not come together. One person only suggested the older Column/Beam Join command on the Modify tab, but when I select it all that happens it that everything grays out and I can't select anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
