Revit selected objects highlight differently between views.

I have a floor. Typically when I select an object it highlights solid and lets me see the openings in it clearly.

In one view though when I select the object it doesn't highlight it solid, and is really hard to see the openings. I have copied the view settings to try and fix this. I have tried to look at all the settings, and also searched extensively for a fix.

This is the "bad" view that does not show the selection as solid:

This is the "good" view where the selected object shows up as solid:

Thanks for any help on this. My only workaround is to use the good view to recreate the view where the object highlight as an outline.

The issue of the highlighted objects not highlighting as solid is because of overriding the objects and setting the transparency to less than 100%. This changes the behavior of the objects highlighting when you select them.

I don't think that is the Solution exactly and may be more related to a bug in Revit at present with Structural discipline views and transparency

Try Changing the Discipline from Structural in the Properties Palette.

Did you find a solution to this problem?? because this drives me crazy I've tried everything and still get some families in solid color when selecting them and others not, no matter how I change in the settings or the views.

SO far I've tried filters, override graphics, materials, disciplines, selection options, object styles, color scheme, and I also tried to check these options in each individual family itself.

Please help me this is important because I am working on updating the library of the revit families inside the company and now you can't see what is selected and what's not.

unfortunately, I tried these two solutions didn't work for my case since I am working with ''coordination discpline''.

I also tried to scroll over the other discplines didn't work.
